Because THERMALFLEX29™ includes limited group spots, personalized assessments, and preparation in advance, the following policies apply: • Program fees are non-refundable once the session begins • Cancellations made 7 days or more before Day 1 may be transferred to a future session • Missed sessions cannot be made up, but educational materials will still be provided • Foot recovery products are non-refundable once opened or used If you have questions before registering, please reach out — we’re happy to help you decide if this is the right fit.
